My Dad (Lex Marcusen) has been competing in the Huntsman World Senior Olympics since I was in high school. I regret to say that I have never taken the time to watch him compete. He has been a track & field athlete his entire life and is now 81 years old. This year I decided that if I didn't make it a priority, I may never have the opportunity. So I am pulling Matthew and Chris out of school for a week and heading out to St. George Utah to watch Grandpa Marcusen compete.
Today we will fly to Las Vegas, pick up a rental car and drive to St. George. We are staying with Grammie and Grandpa Baker (Shauna's Mom). I'll be posting pictures of each day's events.
